A veteran of more than thirty years in paper and
packaging, and has been a consultant since 2005.
Jack Miller created the Market Intelligence function at
Domtar, North America's largest producer of uncoated
woodfree printing and imaging paper, and also
developed Domtar's first Merchant Advisory Council in
1987 and first Printer Advisory Council in 2000.
Areas of expertise include product, market and
customer segmentation, benchmarking, market
research, market and product development,
competitive analysis and a broad range of market
intelligence support.

also written for Printing Impressions, Package
Printing, PaperTree Letter and Paper 360. Articles
have covered paper and print markets as well as
sustainability in print. He has presented on paper and
print markets at numerous conferences, including
NPTA, Print Buyers International, RISI, On Demand, and
various Pira conferences, and recently was on a panel
on sustainability in print at SustainComm World at Cal
Poly.
